We couldn't be happier that we shopped at Earthship Overland. We were in the marked for an offroad teardrop camper that would work for adventures with two adults, a kid, and a dog. Luckily, we found Doug and Charles at Earthship and they introduced us to the High Altitude Trailer Company XT-50. We... love this trailer! The bunk option really made it work for our family and we have taken it all over this great state. It has expanded our ability to enjoy the outdoors together. While I can't say enough about the product, I really want to highlight the customer service at Earthship and High Altitude. Any little issue we have had has been resolved quickly and they have been a wealth of friendly knowledge for safe, fun adventures.read more

I shopped around before buying my High Altitude Trailer (HAT) from Earthship Overland. Blue Dog RV in Las Vegas had a base/entry model for 25K and then they wanted an extra $2,500.00 to have it delivered from one of their other dealerships. Then I found Earthship Overland. When I spoke with... Doug, the owner, he gave me his word that he wouldn’t sell the HAT trailer out from under me and he kept his word. Doug explained that the HAT trailer I was interested in was actually in production and wouldn’t be available for a couple of weeks. I was able to get significant upgrades and get MORE trailer for the same money that Blue Dog RV wanted. Earthship Overland is about a thirty-minute drive from the HAT factory and they’re as close to factory direct as you can get. Both Doug and Charles are super friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful; they even went to the factory and took “baby” pictures for me. Did I mention that they are honest and keep their word? On the day that we took delivery, we got a surprise visit from Dario Diaz, VP of HAT, who happened to be at Earthship Overland. Dario took time out of his busy schedule to speak with my wife and I and have his picture taken with us. Even though it was a bit of a drive for us to go to Earthship Overland, it was quite a savings compared to Blue Dog RV. I highly recommend Earthship Overland to anyone interested in buying a High Altitude Trailer. And one last thing – they are very dog friendly! Thanks Doug and Charles.read more

Earthship Overland is fantastic! Doug and the team really go above and beyond to insure you leave with the highest quality product available. We were sold on the first visit and had an excellent experience throughout the build. I felt very well taken care of and appreciated the communication... during the build. I was well educated on the functionality of the camper's features before we left, but more importantly, the questions I had while on a 5 week trip were answered quickly and with perfect details and descriptions. Since the first time I walked into Earthship Overland, I have had a blast. Working with Doug to get just the right camper setup was fun and educational. Doug was always more than willing to help out with any questions and never pushed me into anything I didn't want or need. I’ve had several calls now with the owner, Doug, and he has taken a lot of time to help walk me through my questions with lots of patience and professional courtesy. He truly is a pleasure to speak with. Here’s the cool part - the item I’m needing isn’t a trailer, but rather a relatively... inexpensive lock n roll hitch for my trailer, yet he treats me no different than if I was buying a trailer from him. The other staff I’ve spoken with have been equally as friendly. It’s clear to me Doug and his staff are passionate about what they do. It’s rare these days to experience this level of customer service. Earthship Overland will now be my go-to shop for all my overlanding/offroad trailer needs.read more

We cannot thank or recommend Doug and his wonderful crew up at Earthship Overland. Doug was so patient with us, and never pushy towards a sale. It took us a year of communicating back and forth to finally decide we wanted to move forward with purchasing one of the High Altitude Trailers. There were... a few roadblocks that may have normally had a company cringing, but they took them all in stride to help us make our camping dreams come true. From helping us overcome border closures (we finally have the first HATco trailer that has made it into Canada!), shipping logistics, titles and registration needed in USA vs Canada, and regular updates on our build. The communication is top notch (then and now), and he helped us to feel comfortable purchasing a trailer sight-unseen. If you’re hesitating or worried, please let us assure you, whatever your needs, Doug and his crew at Earthship will most definitely do their best to take care of you.read more

The best experience in purchasing a new trailer! I can't recommend Earthship Overland enough when it comes to overland trailer needs! The purchase process was simple and explained thoroughly throughout the entire process. I left feeling super confident and like I had just joined a new family of... enthusiasts.Update- 1 year later I still have the best experiences with earthship overland. Doug and his crew still offer some of the best customer service out there. Recently had a problem with one of my door latches 3 days before going on a trip and Doug got me taken care of same day with no problem. Astounded at the level of service from these guys!! Earthship Overland has the best products and service for your adventures! As a newcomer to off-roading and camping, I especially appreciated the welcoming and encouraging demeanor. Super friendly, completely transparent and honest in the process. Purchased some Goose Gear plating from them a few months back, they let me know what to expect every step of the way and were accessible and even gave tips and tricks on install. They have a ton of fun goodies that I'll be working... on saving up for come spring and summer. Not one to leave reviews but the team at Earthship deserves it and was happy to be using a local family owned and operated company in times like these. They are good people.read more

First and foremost, if you have any intentions of vehicle camping, overlanding, off roading, and most of all buying a camper; GO to Earthship Overland LLC. I recently purchased a High Altitude Trailer Co and I can't speak highly enough about Doug and Earthship Overland. They are extremely prompt,... personable, and polite. Doug is not a salesman, he is an offroad enthusiast and sells products he believes in and if he has concerns about a product he will share them.Top level products and even higher level staff. If I ever need anything for off-road adventures I will check in with Earthship Overland before all others.read more
